Ethiopian Airlines to launch services to Seychelles

Ethiopian Airlines announced plan to operate nonstop flights from Addis Ababa to Seychelles as of April 01, 2012. Seychelles will be Ethiopian's 41st destination in Africa and 65th worldwide.

Ethiopian's flight schedule will be on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.
Mr. Tewolde Gebremariam, CEO of Ethiopian Airlines said, "Ethiopian is pleased to fly to the legendary beauty and exotic Seychelles, which is a home to two UNESCO World Heritage Sites.”

Seychelles comprises 115 islands occupying a land area of 455 square kilo meter and an Exclusive Economic Zone of 1.4 square kilo meter in the Western Indian Ocean.

The country is a world leader in sustainable ecotourism which attracts a number of visitors every year, according to the statement.

Ethiopian Airlines, one of the largest and fastest growing airlines in Africa, made its maiden international flight to Cairo in 1946 and now the Airline provides dependable services to 64 international destinations spanning four continents.
