Technology (MCIT) said on Tuesday it is working to make the number of mobile
users reach 40 million at the end of the Growth and Transformation Plan (GTP)
period.
State Minister of the MCIT, Peter Gat made the remark while
inaugurating Tecno Mobile Assembly Factory and storage Center in Addis Ababa.
Peter said providing SIM cards and mobile telephone apparatuses at low cost
